RULES AND REGULATIONS

Eligibility: Contest is open to all site visitors. No employees of K2 or their family members are eligible to win. There may be only one winner per household.

Prizes: K2 will not accept requests for substitutions, nor will exchanges be allowed once a prize has been awarded.

How winners are notified: You need to show up at the announced spot. A legitimated person will pick the winner.

By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by all terms of the Official Rules and the decisions of K2, made in its sole discretion, which shall be final. K2 is not responsible for any invalid entries due to a player's incompatibility with our software; any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur, or any typographical errors.

K2 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. K2 assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Should the contest be terminated, notice will be posted on the web site.

Winners under the age of 18 must have their parents' and/or legal guardians consent to accept prizes. Winners, by acceptance of the prize, agree to release K2, from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to person and property, which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership and/or use of the prize. K2 disclaims any responsibility for liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the use of any prizes awarded.

Winners (or legal guardian) may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Consent to Use acceptance form and such other documentation required by K2.
