The Endo construction is based on a urethane endoskeletal structure that focuses boot structure and flex into a single engineered part. The result is a structure that flexes and returns without breaking down when compared to the stitch and glue construction of traditional boots. So you get consistent flex and a boot that returns to a neutral riding position quicker and with more energy, which helps you ride longer.

Comments about Aspect:
Well it's shred on here in the Canadian Rockies and I was able to get the new K2 Aspect boot out for a walk in the hunt for #powrightinthekisser
I'm a 47 year old primarily Splitboard rider but I won't turn down a easy mechanized day in the mountains. This boot slays the up as well as giving me one of the best boots I have ever had the pleasure of shredding the down... K2 provides me with gear but if I didn't love it I wouldn't use it.
I had fit the boot in Mission Snowboards here in Calgary and I had a good feeling about the boot as soon as I started closing the amazing Spaceheater Intuition liner around my foot, matched with Boaconda retention in the boot combined with traditional lacing I was stoked on the fit even before taking advantage of the heat mouldable liner. With the fully rockered aggressive vibram sole and crampon compatibility I knew K2 had designed a boot for the Splitboard community.
This boot is stiff! The relief gusset in the back cut me some slack and range of movement on our three climbs for sweet sweet powder turns but I could still use a bit more relief back there for a longer stride. I found that a quick loosening of the burly power strap was ideal for setting me up for a comfy climb on the skin track followed by a quick lock down of the power strap at drop in.
I recommend anyone looking for a great backcountry/splitboard boot give the K2 Aspect a try and if the boot fits it will boost your backcountry game.
