Technology

BOA CONDA

The patented K2 CONDA System allows you to tighten, loosen or adjust your liner on-the-fly – from outside of the boot! The first time you try this, you’ll wonder how you ever rode without it.

How it works: Whether attached to a Boa® reel or part of our K2 Conda™ system, the CONDA minimized harness is securely built into the shell of the boot and tightens around the liner to lock your foot in position. Focus is on the superior ankle support and heel hold. The harness lace is threaded through a floating tongue lace guide, allowing riders to customize fit for maximum comfort.

    Comments about Darko Boot:

Coming from a background of competition level slopestyle - I'm now a 31 yr old dad who needs the functionality of an advanced level boot for when I go take some park laps, and the comfort, flex and warmth for when I'm teaching my daughter how to ride.
This boot truly is the full package.

More than 50 days a season, not the boot for you

    Comments about Darko Boot:

If you ride less than 30 days a season, AWESOME boots. Stiff enough, great fit and lacing adjustments. More than that and after it happened on two pairs I think the cloth loops just can't handle the laces being tightened down too many times.
I used these boots all over the mountain as well as some backcountry/touring. I have owned two pairs of the boots and loved them,
BUT... I ride a lot and the cloth loops that the laces go through just above the ankle are too weak for cranking the boot down a ton of times through the season. I bought a second pair after the loops tore out on one boot, making it so that I could not tighten all the way down. My second pair tore through at the end of my first season in them (70 days).

      Comments about Darko Boot:

I live and work at the mountain. I've put these boots through the wringer and they've yet to fail me. They are extremely comfortable, warm, the perfect stiffness and the Boa system is the best on the market. It allows you to dial in your fit perfectly every time. Buy them. You won't regret it.
