Tweekend Snowboards Technology

ADDED STABILITY, FLOAT & LANDING POWER

A revolutionary tweek to the ends of our industry leading Baseline technology. By extending the Baseline rocker all the way out to the absolute ends of the board, new ride-able surface is unlocked, giving you a bigger, more stable platform to press, float and land on.

Tweekend Snowboards Technology

Lifted Snowboards Technology

Effortless Pop & Stability

Bringing a new level of Pop to K2's Baseline offering, Lifted is just what it sounds like. We took the flat between the feet foundation that all our boards are built on and simply raised it. This brings in the Pop of a cambered board while maintaining the even weighted contact points that provide the straight tracking and effortless precision of a flat board.

Comments about K2 Snowboards Slayblade:

For an all mountain freestyle, Slayblade might be a bit stiff at first, but eventually it becomes much more flex and playful after sometimes. Pop is fine but not over hilarious. Ollie bars still surprise you now and then. Above all Flatline has got an amazing can do everything everywhere feeling. On icy conditions, Sladeblade slices it! In powder, relax and enjoy the ride, flatline does it all. Turns in fresh snow have a natural feeling like twin fin surfing. No matter snow conditions and terrain, for me Slayblade is an unstoppable freight train. And landing with Tweekend makes a huge difference, it's so forgivable. If you ride strong and love to push hard on every turns, Slayblade is an easy playful toy that in the other hand won't fail you in critical situations.

Comments about K2 Snowboards Slayblade:

I've been riding 23 years and this is the best do it all "quiver of one" board I have ever ridden. It just seems to man handle every condition and terrain thrown it's way: powder, groomers, slush, chunder, ice, trees, park, pipe, etc. It's stable/solid/predictable/damp(without being heavy)for high speed free riding, but still rides light and lively with plenty of pop in the park/pipe. My only complaint, the top sheet dings/chips easily. BUT - for everything else it delivers, it's absolutely worth it.

    Comments about K2 Snowboards Slayblade:

I recently took this board out for the first time to Snowshoe WV and it was great. The conditions varied over the mountain because of the wind so I rode on groomers, powder and a bit of ice. I don't ride park but it was great on everything else. It handled the groomed and icy runs exceptionally well and didn't have any problem in the 7-8 inches of fresh snow on the runs that had it. It turns much faster than my Burton Custom (camber) and is more stable at higher speeds. I got great feedback from the board the faster I went. If you're looking for a quiver of one (with park being a possible exception since it is pretty stiff) this would be a great board to try.
