If you were offered one free wish what would it be?
The downfall of man never happens.
What mythological creature would you most want as a pet?
That really gentle lion with wings.
If you had to eat the same thing for the rest of your life what would it be?
Potatoes. The oldest lady in the world only eats potatoes ever since she was like 18. She's in the Guiness Book of World Records.
Biggest influences in your life and why?
My family and God because they’re the ones that raised me and taught me everything and they are the ones that keep me in check.
Top five songs you listened to this summer?
Don't know, I listened to a lot of songs. Josh Ritter would be high on the list as would John Denver, Dolly Parton, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Cat Stevens and Johnny Cash.
What do you drive?
1970 Volkswagen Squareback in the summer(32mpgs) Toyota Tacoma for winter.
Goals for next year? Learn a bunch and not get hurt and film it.
Would you rather see a ghost or an alien?
I think I’d rather see a ghost because if I saw an alien I would be totally confused.
Name your poison?
MSG also known as Monosodiumglutemate. It's in a lot of foods, makes me feel like crap.
Blondes or Brunettes?
whatever Alli is, blondish brownish. I like her the best.
Where and when was your first snowboard pic published? What trick was it? did you land it?
Can't remember, don't know and probably not.
Who did you look up to as a kid?
Pretty much my older brother.
What is one thing you do to help preserve our winters and save our environment?
I don't really think the winter is going away but I think its really good to take care of what we have and not be wasteful. As a family we do a lot of our shopping at garage sales, ride bikes, recycle and grow food in our garden but we also produce a lot more waste because there’s five of us, and in the winter I drive everywhere and use my snowmobile a lot so I cant claim too much!
Best trick you can do that is not on a snowboard?
I do a pretty good disappearing act I’ve heard.
If someone wrote a biography about you what would the title be?
Hopefully something like “The Elusive Renaissance Man” or “Extreme Dad”
Favorite non-snowboarding activities:
Family time. Skateboarding, riding bikes, building bikes, snorkling
